GRINDING

Belt grinding is the metal-cutting process during which surfaces are machined with endless sanding belts and adequate grinding machines. 
 

By grinding metal surfaces, aesthetic appearance of surfaces and surface roughness are formed. Where appropriate, they may have an impact on the functions of the parts. The science of metalworking looks back on a history of several thousand years during which we started from foot powered machinery and arrived at computerized material processing machines. Yet, no matter what kind of machine we are speaking about, sharpening and grinding of the edges, gearing and surfaces of metals will always be important tasks.
